ABOUT CHAS HEALTH FOUNDATION
Since 1994, CHAS Health has served the Inland Northwest when CHAS Health opened its first 2-exam room clinic to help individuals without insurance. CHAS Health provides high-quality medical, dental, pharmacy, and behavioral health services to families and individuals of all ages, regardless of insurance status. Our mission is to improve the overall health of the communities we serve by expanding access to quality health and wellness services.

WHAT IS THE COMMUNITY KIT?
Spokane Velocity FC have launched the Community Kit—a QR Code driven kit placement for brands to showcase their business and benefit the communities in which they reside. Velocity FC will be launching this program for our 2024 inaugural season. Organizations will have the opportunity to spend 1 month of our season as our Community Kit partner, with a QR Code placement directing fans to a customized landing page that highlights the work they do in their communities, the charities and causes they support, and the people that make their organization hum.
